Eriba Triton 430 Touring Silver/White Urban 2027

Totally excellent service from Eriba specialist. Both our pop-up retaining clips broke whilst in France. On our return contacted Kool Classics for advice and they supplied the required parts very quickly and were delivered within a day or so of dispatch. Had trouble filling as the bolt kept turning and wouldn't tighten. Contacted Kool Classics who gave immediate advice and now I have both retaining clips securely in place. We met Pete, Claire and Lily at the NEC in October 2025 and were most impressed by their obvious love of Eriba. This convinced us to purchase our Eriba Touring 540 from Kool Classics who are more than 250 miles away despite others being closer. When we collected our van in June it was immaculate. Having bought at least ten new caravans previously, this caravan was undoubtedly the best presented. We will now look to book our annual service for 2027 and continue our relationship with Pete and Claire - since taking delivery we have spoken to a number of people who have spoken of them affectionately. If you are interested in an Eriba caravan we recommend you look no further than Kool Classics.

First of all, when you visit Kool Classics you are struck by the friendliness and bonhomie of Claire and Pete. Nothing is too much trouble and as a novice caravaner they immediately set my mind at ease. That is important but even more so is the professionalism and quality of their advice and support. The quality of their work when servicing and installing extras such as the sun canopy is first class, I don’t think there is anyone else in the UK with more knowledge and expertise with Eriba caravans.

Everything is explained well and Claire is great with regard to paperwork and making sure nothing is missed, including the small details like replacing a shower door lock or noticing that this or that needs checking.

I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to have my beloved OceanDrive cared for.

Would recommend Kool Classics to anyone! Not only do they have a wide range of Erriba caravans but they have an extensive knowledge of them too. Both Clair and Peter are helpful, friendly and not at all pushy and are always willing to discuss and advise. We came away pulling our new toy feeling we had received good service and good value and wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed. Oh and Clair makes a lovely cup of tea too!!! After searching online for an Eriba we came across Kool Classics. Although it's quite a distance from us, it was absolutely worth the journey to meet Claire and Peter at their specialist dealership and to see such a great range of stock, including a new 2026 model.

Claire was extremely helpful and gave us the freedom to look around the Eribas at our leisure. We also had the chance to speak with a customer collecting their bespoke-built Eriba, which was really insightful. Claire was more than happy to talk to us through the must-haves and various options to help us find the right Eriba for us.
