Eriba dealership

Chassis service, habitation checks (internal living space), gas test and full water ingress test*. During the service, we may pick up other things and can price accordingly. The service, all being well, takes around 3.5 hours.

*If you are still under warranty, we log our findings in the Hymer portal. We include the water ingress inspection for all eras within our full-service price.

"Kool Club" is a membership scheme we have for all our customers who have either purchased from us or been our loyal service customers.

Booking is fast and easy via a link we send you after your initial request. Please send us a direct request via Whats app or email No more email tennis! We will need to know if there are any known faults so we can order parts and plan our time. If any issues are not logged prior we may not have time to resolve them on the day.

Service slots are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Feel free to request available dates first. 

Many of our customers coming from further afield stay at a local campsites that we have an affiliation with. We are surrounded by many excellent sites that you can use as a base while we service your Eriba and you explore the local area.

"How will I get a service date that works for me?" send you a link so you can book yourself a date that fits our diary and suits your availability.


"What happens if I need to cancel?" You can edit your own booking via the digital link we sent you. We can do our best to work with you to find a new date if needed.

"I'd like my new to me Eriba serviced but I haven't got any service history". We should have a conversation as we are being presented with many Eriba that have been unserviced and what should be a 3.5-hour service turns into a near restoration. 

Please note::  We are no longer servicing pre-2009 Eriba in a regular service slot unless purchased from us, known to us or you're an existing customer due to an increased number being presented with excessive faults, safety issues or in need of restoration rather than the maintenance a service offers. We will book these Eriba in with a view they will take longer than 3.5 hours to service and must allow time to rectify faults. Call to discuss on an individual basis.

If you're buying an Eriba and the seller states "Serviced" ask to see the paperwork or assume it hasn't been. No reputable caravan service engineer would carry out a service and not provide the detailed 3-4 pages of paperwork.
