Our old virtually mint condition Eriba Puck fixed window was steaming up. The double glazed unit had delaminated so the two acrylic vac formed surfaces had come apart. Not wanting to damage the 2 Half's I decided to cut the rubber seal to remove so required a new one. It was dispatched after planning the job. I researched the correct method of putting everything back and also asked about the tool to put the cord back. Thanks to kool classics help and advice. We live in the north so no quick pop along with "Ellie" to get visual advice. R&C xx all Eriba lovers
